30th Annual Region One Championship Horse Show
The 30th Annual Region One Championship Horse Show is May 27-May 31 at the Del Mar Fairgrounds in Del Mar, Calif. The show includes a Class A pre-show and the Regional Championship along with over $15,000 in prizes and prize money. The Region 3 host committee is working along side AHA to put on a fantastic convention, November 18-22, 2009 at the Silver Legacy Resort Casino. Click here to make reservations. Region 9 Championship Horse Show
The Region 9 Championship Horse Show is June 9-13 at the Will Rogers Memorial Coliseum in Fort Worth, Texas. New show manager, Kristen Fisher, and the Region 9 Championship Show Committee promise to make the 2009 show the best show for all exhibitors and spectators. Youth Foundation
The Region 9 Youth Foundation will be awarding $25,000 in college scholarships to three very deserving youth members at our Awards Presentations during the Saturday evening performance of the Championship Show, June 13. The money for these scholarships is raised by the Region 9 Youth Foundation through proceeds from the Region 9 Horsefest, silent auctions, donations from individuals, and an annual donation of one-half the proceeds of the Region 9 Stallion Service Auction.
Entries Deadline
Entries close June 5 for the Region 9 Sport Horse Championship Show, July 9-12th in Waco, Texas. Schedule and entry forms can be found at the Region 9 website - www.region9aha.org.
Membership Drive
Region 9 is currently holding a membership drive, which ends May 31, 2009. Clubs have the opportunity to win $250 for the most new members and $250 for the largest percentage increase in overall membership. Help increase club membership and in turn help Region 9 and AHA grow! Contact Pat Barton for more information.

Pleasure Ride, Four Days of Fun With or Without Horses
Region 14 is excited to host the Region 14 Pleasure Ride, August 13-16 at the Midwest Trail Ride in Norman, Ind. The Midwest Trail Ride is a horseman's camp that boasts 400 stalls, 200 level campsites with water and electric, shower houses, bunk houses, cabins, 100 miles of connecting trails, an on-site restaurant and tack shop and easy access for big trailers. Trails are safe and fun with varying levels of difficulty.
A weekend full of activities is planned for those with and without horses! There will be parties, dances, bingo, treasure hunts, informational meetings and more. Region 17 All Arabian Championships
Join Region 17 for the All Arabian Championships July 28-August 2 at the Thunderbird Show Park in Langley, British Columbia. The show will feature a pre-show qualifier on July 28, followed by the championship show with over 180 Regional Championship classes, barn parties, a patron dinner, dog races, youth events and more.
