Please read the latest updates from New Mexico State Veterinarian, Dr. Dave E. Fly, concerning Vesicular Stomatitis.

• Horses coming to Youth Nationals, originating from New Mexico or Texas will require a 7 day health certificate in order to enter the show grounds. New Mexico State Veterinarian, Dr. Dave Fly, will be on grounds doing spot checks. Click here for more information.
  
  
• Horses entering Canada must reside outside any VS affected state for at least 21 days. After the 21 day period, horses will need a re-examination and a new health certificate.

The official Youth Nationals Veterinarian, Greg Byrne, DVM, will be on site in Albuquerque, prepared to answer questions and issue papers.
