AHA is pleased to announce that beginning Wednesday June 1st, the improved Online Entry System (OES) will be available for entering U.S., Canada, Sport Horse and Youth National shows. Be sure to have the following items with you before logging on:
  • Horse's registration information
  • Applicable membership ID numbers (AHA, USEF/EC, USDF, etc.) for owner, rider and/or trainer
  • Credit card (Visa or MasterCard)
The OES has been upgraded so members will be able to enter classes for which they may not yet be qualified as long as they earn the qualifications prior to the entry deadline.

The OES is perfect for those who plan to enter the same horse in one or multiple national shows. There is a new link option that allows an individual to enter a different national show on the page prior to paying for the entries.

You may enter up to four horses per log-in session (one horse per entry form) as long as the horses are entered in four different national shows. The system does not allow you to enter multiple horses in the same national show during a single log-in session.

The updated process will allow you to enter one horse quickly in up to four national shows and avoid paperwork because it only charges your credit card one time per horse!

Note: The browser back button will not allow the entry of multiple horses and may result in multiple charges being applied to a member's credit card.
