Horse Show World Signs On as AHA Corporate SponsorAurora, CO (March 28, 2011)–The Arabian Horse Association (AHA) announced today a new sponsor in Horse Show World, a premier online horse show site for all breeds and disciplines. Online horse shows offer the newest way for equine enthusiasts to enjoy the thrill of competing in front of a global audience while riding their horses wherever it suits them best. Online shows make it possible to capture a horse and riders' abilities on video – at home, at a local stable or on the grounds of a live horse show - and then enter that video in an online horse show to compete with horses and riders from around the world. The online horse show experience is simple and inexpensive and provides an opportunity to compare performances with horses and riders everywhere.
"Horse Show World is proud to be a sponsor of the Arabian Horse Association. We look forward to supporting the AHA in offering activities that allow its members to share the thrills of Arabian horse competition and the joys of ownership. Our website hosts classes for Arabian, Half-Arabian and Anglo-Arabian horses that offer members a fun and affordable way to showcase the beauty and versatility of their horses. Horse Show World is a compelling way to engage new enthusiasts, and we look forward to working together to promote this magnificent breed," says Jeff Sloan, Horse Show World CEO and Founder.
Shows vary from those judged by a nationally recognized professional, who will place them against other competitors and give feedback on their performance, to "fun" classes judged by other Horse Show World members. Competitors can use the Horse Show World judges' feedback to improve their riding and gain a competitive advantage in both online and regular horse shows.
"AHA is excited to be a part of a new and exciting online experience that has the potential to connect and engage horse people from across the world, as well as expose Arabian horses to new enthusiasts," says Dan Lawrence, Sr. Director of Sales and Marketing.
Beginning March 28, 2011 members will be able to enter their Arabian, Half-Arabian and Anglo-Arabian horses into a variety of classes being judged by nationally renowned USEF "R" judge, Karen Homer-Brown. Members have until April 17 to make their videos and enter classes and Homer-Brown will begin judging April 17 and results will be announced April 22. This is a unique opportunity for riders from around the country to receive direct comments about their performance from one of the leading judges in the Arabian show horse world while seeing how they stack up against the competition. All without having to put their horse on a trailer and leave home.
Membership to Horse Show World is free and for a limited time, new members will receive $20 in virtual currency when they sign-up that they can use for entering classes. Go to www.horseshow.com for more information.
